Default Tech jobs in the Redding area?

Hi everyone, I grew up in California and now I'm moving back. (I'm 23) I've been looking for a low-cost of living and am considering Redding. However, I will be graduating with an associate's in computer programming and wondering if there are any tech jobs availible in/around the Redding area. Thanks!

OKay - anything I'm about to say is not to be mean - just an opinion

But in computer programming period (not even considering where you would live) an AA degree won't get you too far - you are going to have alot of competition, with people that have bachelor's or master's degrees.

Honestly I'd say go back to school, you are still quite young

Now with Redding - it's been growing as a town but it's not really afluent or preogessive in the tech industry. It's more of a dusty ranch town. Nice though - I've always liked it when I visited.
