It's going to be 2010 soon.

What about you like to see change in the 2010s in California in terms of race, equality, the economy, and in the law enforcement (specifically the LAPD)?

I see a change which involves (-1 person) from this state.. and that person is me.
On the other issues .. I don't see much change which is why the former will occur ..
It's the only one I can control

CAN ANYONE TELL ME IF THERE IS INCOME BASED HOUSING ANYWHERE IN CALIFORNIA AND IF SO HOW DO I GET A LIST?
