I agree. I don't see why so many people are slamming Stockton. It has its good parts and bad sections just like any city.

If you're not American.

Stockton is where the U.S. Government puts all the illegal Mexicans.

Not that I'm trying to notice your hate for Stockton, but you seem to have some issues with Stockton. I get it, you don't care for it, but what kind of person sits on a message board and picks on a random city in ever thread it's mentioned, and puts down Mexicans at the same time, get your mind right.

It's the kind of people; the combination of people, people that naturally shouldn't be living on the same land, that makes Stockton crappy.

I don't want to hurt anyone's feelings but I'm being honest.

I don't think you're hurting anyone's feelings, just making them cringe a little.

I'm sure the original poster was being a little facetious with this thread. Stockton's really in a world of hurt right now with the average housing costs and income, not to mention the crime and gang violence that is ramping up. Even if Stockton has some nice areas, I'd venture to guess there are much better options in surrounding towns/cities. I have some family members living in Elk Grove that have given me some first hand accounts of how bad Stockton has gotten lately - since they have family living in Stockton.
