Two hundred alone at Boeing in January. Boeing is really hurting in Southern California. Good thing Northrop Grumman and Raytheon are hiring.

You ain't seen nothing yet. Wait until all the shut downs / relos hit due to the carbon caps. Easier to move out than to comply. Some will be leaving the US entirely, since the Feds are emulating our cap and tax BS.

Good deal, if we can drop the population of this once great state back to 10 or 15 million, we who are left will be very happy.

Gotta love it. Libs applauding when the productive achievers have had enough and bail out. Good riddance they say.

To quote Margaret Thatcher: "The problem with socialism is that you eventually run out of other peoples' money to spend".

That's just where California is headed. In addition to the lefties in Sacramento burning through tax dollars they are driving out the very people who pay those tax dollars. Liberalism really is a mental disease.

Quoted for truth. The question is who will they steal from when all the productive people leave?

A logical inconsistency there me bucko, libs want that stuff, I don't want it, there isn't a social program the state has that I support. I am far more conservative than those who pass themselves off as conservatives, but who are just ideologues without critical thinking.

You are confusing lib with misanthrope, bad education on your part I suspect, which leads to Margaret Thatcher's stupid quote, often quoted by those who don't see the great socialist nation overtaking ours and leaving us in the economic backwash. Thatcher was just a conservative without critical thinking, a sad combination and far too common in this once great state.

When we drop the population down to a reasonable 10 to 15 million we return to our ranching agrarian heritage, hereford cattle grazing amongst the abandoned freeways, watched over by men, another group sadly lacking in modern California, men, as opposed to old male children, far too common in this once great state.

Hiding the true meaning behind lots of text. Why is it that the left never wants us to know what they are really up to? Silly question. Because of course no one supports their ideas when they are clearly presented. Lies and camoflage is the only way to sell liberalism.

Here is the the problem with those who think they are conservative today. They don't think, it matters not what someone else posts, they will only see what they want. It is why someone like Sarah Palin can attack Socialism and Abortion and then accept $200,000 to speak at a Socialist Canadian Hospital Company that performs Abortion.

The modern Palin/Cheney/Limbaugh/Beck conservative is driven by prejudices, not data.

The line I quoted is just great, as is the whole post, let me paraphrase the poster, "it matters not what anyone says, I think it says what I want it to say, and please don't force me to use reasoning skills".

You have a valid point here. But the thing is, this is not unique to conservatives. It's prevalent all across the ideological spectrum.
