But but....California has sunshine!

I lived in the Rust belt, its interesting talking to oldster from the Rust belt, because gives you a good sense how entire regions can boom/bust in this country. Some coastal communities will likely to say desirable, but it will be interesting to see what happens to the rest of the state.
