Don't know... the original poster didn't mention price as a factor.

Piedmont Real Estate has been remarkably stable when compared to other areas... low crime, top schools and excellent resale go along way in making a city desirable.

I've never lived in Piedmont by the way... I have friends that live there... recently lost a neighbor that moved there and the Daughter of another friend also bought a home there within the last year... all of them are 30 something couples with young children... schools and low crime are the major factors as well as proximity to employment.

we'd be renting while we test the waters. it's good to know that it's a bit pricey though. something to consider for the future.
