LOL!! OK, that's a conservative average (for expertise, and across the state).... come on, we don't all live in Santa Cruz, and where they have "420" commemorative 'smoke-ins' that stop traffic!! [/quote]

It's the only time Santa Cruz has free parking....tailgating on Hwy 1.

That's seems like a very conservative average!!!
I wonder if those stats are for indoor plants?
I don't know about averages but 1-2 pounds (sometimes more) for a very healthy outdoor plant is quite possible and it depends on the strain and the skill of the grower.
Ya gotta love Santa Cruz. .... nay sayers will say what they say but with a good sense of humor and a lightness of heart, the "charm" can't be denied.
C'mon up ... or down ... or over.

Indoor, which will probably be the most common scenario, like these guys are already anticipating:

Default Tax and Regulate 2010

What you are saying about the counties not drying up...I'm not sure what you are talking about. You said no that won't happen but you didn't say why it wouldn't happen. It's already happening under prop 215. Look at a LA look at Alemeda (not Oakland), Berkeley...oh yeah it's gonna happen. What else is going to happen is that the Feds will be back. It's still going to be illegal under Federal Law. I just hope it doesn't impact patients. If Lee likes the idea of Texas law then I say get your ass back to Texas and institute it there.

I'm still voting no

I agree. Stupid idea. No way would I ever vote to legalize it. But then again, I have morals and values.

People who boast loudly about having "morals and values" are usually the most immoral and have the worst values. Any number of politicians and religious figures come to mind.

There is nothing immoral or value-less about pot. If I ever met anyone IRL who said this I would haunt them until they saw the light. I am serious. I can't stand people who vote in ways that continue to keep this country screwed up because of some freaky sense of "morality" that they can't explain or justify. And "because it's been illegal my whole life" is NOT a good reason.

Unfortunately, there are many stupid people in this country and they do vote and there is nothing I can do about that.

I thought people here who are interested in having an honest discussion about the proposition and prohibition over all might be interested in this.

Associated Press: After 40 Years, $1 Trillion, US Drug War “Has Failed to Meet Any of Its Goals†| NORML Blog, Marijuana Law Reform

Dolce, vote whatever you like. The counties will not dry up, if you actually read the prop. and took the time to understand it then you would know why. Not my job or hobby to hold your hand and make sure you understand the whys, whats and hows.

Fleet you have as much credibility on morals and values to everyone here as your beloved Fox News does.
