The In N Out in Kettleman keeps the AC nice and cool in the summer.

Next Arvin City Council meeting is March 20, 2012 at 6 p.m. - if there schedule is correct. Why not attend one and meet residents of Arvin and ask them what Mayor Tarver(big dude in the center) should do?

What does that sign say back there: "In God We Rust?"
I'm happy to see that there's a black mayor there even though blacks only make up .5% of Arvin's population.

In God We Trust - and Arvin most certainly does need to trust something bigger themselves: potatoes and carrots can only bring you so far.
