Where did I suggest the U.S. was colorblind? I merely asked if you thought there were other countries that you thought were MORE colorblind than the U.S.

Don't put words in my mouth. I asked a simple question.

So let's hear your opinion...what country or countries do you think are less racist (or more colorblind) than the U.S.?

LOL if you say so. Me and all my closest friends are Black, most of the people I grew up with are Black Oakland natives none of them feel the way you do. I'm having a really hard time believing you're not BSing as this has been posted about 2 or 3 different times by "Urban Quest" and one other guy in the exact same generalizing way. What covert racism are you talking about? You're not giving examples, if you have money nobody is stopping anybody here. You sound paranoid. There are tens of thousands of well off Blacks in the city of Oakland alone doing just fine.

Me, and all of MY black friends and acquaintences, are NOT paranoid, about the Bay area. Covert racism there, is being followed around in stores, denied jobs with no explanation, given dirty looks by whites that don't know us, being denied housing with no explanation, being treated in a patronizing manner by whites there, etc., etc. I don't know who Urban Quest is, but that person is not a part of this discussion.

And people in the Bay area seemed phony to me overall. If they don't to you, then that's your take on things there. I have my own take on the Bay area, and stand by it, even if you disagree. Which you're free to do. As for me, I won't spend any more time, endlessly debating the racism in the Bay area. I have better things to do. My attitude towards the Bay area, is based on my own, and my black friends' negative experiences there. As I said, agreeing to disagree on this subject, is the best way to go.

So don't bother referencing Jesse or Al.
Apart from these problems, I can't see myself living anywhere else but California and the USA.

Some areas have more blacks then others like san bernardino. Not too many blacks in yucaipa & calimesa but the population has increased in beaumont & banning.

The hispanic population sure has greatly increased across the board.

You make your own life.
It's a free country, if you don't want to deal with non blacks, there are IMO millions of just blacks to do business or to work for if someone is uncomfortable with all others.

That aside, I think for the most part the state and country are color blind, or how did we elect a socialist part black guy from a radical church that hated America to become the current President of a supposed 57 states? (according to the President)

So you are all ready to promote legalizing 10,000,000 or so illegals with a third world second grade education?
