He might just switch to using the yard! My housemates and I did that for an entire summer back in college. We were the pride of our neighborhood.

What can I legally do to get rid of him? Its really creepy (not to mention disgusting). Please don't suggest talking to my neighbor, he is former drug user with anger issues. I literally believe talking to him would be dangerous. Is there a way I can report this without giving my identity?

Looks like your boycott is working, the illegals are already heading to Cali. Have fun housing more of them now.

Gixxer1k and impala666, you crack me up

I ended up stopping by the police station yesterday. They sent a patrol car out half an hour later. The man who lived in the tent refused to come out and said it was his right to stay there. They opened up the tent (I don't know if it was to talk to him or if they could smell the drugs?) but the guy was smoking marijuana. So the tent is gone now as well as the guy

So why is it your business if some one is living in your neighbours front yard? are they disturbing you with loud music at all hours? I fail to see why you should stick your nose in other peoples business. It's neighbours like you and I abhor....people want to avoid neigbours like you at ALL COSTS! GET A LIFE!

Good job on getting someone arrested for sitting in a tent and smoking weed. The world truly is safer now.
