I would not have traded a minute of it for any city on earth.
I agree with you overall. My 10 year plan is more like 15 years, but eventually, I plan to move to the woods too. I love the woods!

Nevada is not a nice place the climate is horrible.unless you like hot or cold weather the comfort index is horrible.

Its nice to hear something good. I am confused and want out of the south -but am thinking of N Cali- This is going to be alot of time to research it. I need to not make another mistake!
