I did just find a fabulous treat in the cast iron though. Ever try dutch babies? They are perfect for my big iron pan! Tastes just like crapes but whips up in minutes and cooks up in 30 in the oven.

LOL Bossco ,
I guess I'm just an "egg in the pan" kind of man , meat and potatoes, fish and veggies. Funny part, I had to ask my wife what hollandaise sauce was made of. I think my line of eating is based on what mother nature has readily available, you know survival type of cooking. Although the "Pam spray" is a little outta context, LOL.
I'd like to try the "Dutch Babies" if you have the time to type it down , they sound good.

Dutch Babies:
4-6 Eggs
¾ Cup Flour
¾ Cup Milk
3 Tbsp Sugar
Dash of Salt
Tsp Vanilla
9x9 or similar sized pan.
Turn your oven to 400 ° and put 2/3 stick of butter in the pan and heat up in the oven; keep an eye on it so the butter doesn’t burn. Mix the above ingredients together to make a smooth batter while you’re butter is heating up. Be sure there are no lumps in the mix. After butter is melted pour mix into the pan and bake for 15-20 minutes. Do not blend butter into the mix.
After it’s baked you can eat it plain or with:
Berries and powdered sugar
Powdered sugar
Syrup
Or whatever else you think might be tasty.

Now there's were the problem lays, 1) we don't have an oven in our camper, and, 2) I'm an open flame cooker when we're camping. But I well have to try it at home. Thanks a bunch.

I have a sneaking suspicion I could cook this in my dutch oven over the fire - although I'm not absolutely certain. I don't have my dutch oven with me yet so I haven't gotten to try this one out.

Dang! And I thought a "Dutch Oven" was something that was done in bed to the spouse as they slept.

Yikes! Never heard of that one.
Dutch ovens are an awesome piece of cast iron to add to the collection.
