I think Arctic Fox is one of the best ones built. The size is right for some; for others it's too big or too small. I personally like the 35-5Z better for full-timing, and for a weekender/vacationer I'd prefer the 27-5L. That's why they make several models, everyone has different likes.
The 29-5 is NOT 29 feet long, however. It's 34/35 feet long. The 27-5L is 29 feet long.
This a 2008 model and for sale for 15,500.00. Owner said he is the second owner and he said he never had any new tires put on it. Tires are 8 years old. What would be the price for new tires for this?
About $1,000 for four of the Mitchelin XPS LT235/85R16 Es. You might want to add a spare, so about $1,250. That's considered a good tire for 5ers.
Cheaper STs seem to blowout with regularity, and when they blow on a 5er they can do a lot of collateral damage. I purchased my last 5er new and had a blowout before I'd gotten 500 miles. And yes, I'd checked the pressure before leaving that morning. I was lucky. It only broke a water line.
I'm not sure if that's the right size for that camper, just a guess.

That looks like the right size tire. You're going to the be looking at a 16" tire. Something with a load range "E". Something with a stiff sidewall.
I'd have the wheel bearings packed/replaced too. (I came to this brilliant conclusion the hard way.)
That should be a once a year deal. Well, repacking the bearings. I cringe when I see a grease zerk in a dust cap. It is best to use wheel grease and clean the old stuff out. Too bad oil baths haven't made it to 7,000 pound axles.
