Does anyone have a favorite RV Youtube channel you could recommend to someone who will be new to RVing? We plan to buy a travel trailer in the spring, but looking for some Youtube channels to follow now and learn as much as we can. There are so many channels, was just hoping for some recommendations. Thanks!
We're second generation RV-ers, with a lot of experience over the last 40 years, and we like Wandering Weekends. They test out a lot of RV gear to see if it works, plus some good tips on making things easier.
There are also forum sites for different RV interests. Some focus on particular brands of vehicles, others like Escapees focus on different lifestyles. There are some that are overseas.
What sort of RVing are you wanting to do? Overland remote off the grid stuff? Or, campgrounds and amenities? Traveling from Walmart to Walmart parking lots? There are several different methods to camping and RVing. That would give some perspective.

You might like Slim Potatohead, who travels with small trailers. He's Canadian, but did a fair amount of traveling in the US over the past several years. He's an inveterate tinkerer, a fine photographer, and interested in history.

He is the first one who came to mind when I saw this thread. He had an A-Liner for the longest time. He recently traded to something different.
Be very aware that if you use youtube for product evaluations that those people all take free stuff in exchange for good reviews. Nomadic Fanatic was cited here and he is a proven con man. He raised $3500 for a transmission repair that he did not need and did not have done. That has happened at least 3 times that he begged for money and the suckers gave it to him. Cameras, droves, batteries.... all given to them as payola in exchange for their good review. Eyes wide open on this stuff.

Could you provide proof to your accusations? I've neither seen or heard of these things you are stating as fact. When was this transmission scam done? Is it provable? Just saying something, and destroying a persons reputation by what you say, means nothing.
