The CB is one thing we don't have. Because we are still working full-timers, we drive seperately. So I am my husbands eyes and ears. He pulls the trailer, and I follow him in my vehicle. So if I don't spot the flat-tires right away.... I'm in trouble.
Aus10, I'm home every day and off weekends, so I post from the ol' desktop in our living room. But my company offers (expen$ive...) email thru our satellite receivers in the truck. The truck stops are getting into the wi-fi game now in a big way, but I don't know all the details since I don't use it. Yes, I've seen trucks with Motosat. There's also a truck stop provider of in-cab heat, A/C, phone, cable and internet access. Some truckers use and enjoy the services of "Idle-Air" but it also has it's problems and controversies...

I'd imagine having a "spotter" is a good deal for your husband!
