Ware do you find guest homes from $10
Us RVers enjoy the rving lifestyle , nature, camping , fires, and exploring. We can stay in our own home on wheels for nothing, $10, or $30 and more...depending on what we fancy on a moments whim. If you like handling it the way you mentioned, then thats really super. Its not for us RVers. Can you have a nice big fire at Guest Houses you stay at and flactuate to your hearts content ?

Well, yes, technically you can, but it's really hard to book that second night after scorching the parlour floor.

I'm going to jump in with a quick question...I'm renting a 30ft class C this Summer and am wondering what size camp spot to reserve. My first (and the most obvious) thought is 30ft, is it really that easy or should it be bigger?

30 ft spot. It's that easy. And if you'll be getting hookups, you'll probably want 30 amp service.

Get it a bit bigger if you have the choice. Many times, you just take what they give you after you tell them how long your RV is . Ive always ended up with a spot far bigger than what i need.

I've got a 22ft Class C and love it, though I have no experience with any other type (well, pop-up tent trailer as a kid, I suppose).

What I like about it:

I can drive it (never driven anything bigger than a minivan before this).

I can go most of the types of places I want to go (this weekend we went down a road that had a 25 ft maxmimum, wouldn't have been able to have the best weekend of my life if I'd had anything much bigger!).

It's fine for what I do- short trips with 2 people and a small dog. I mostly do the boondock style camping, sans generator (don't like paying pricey RV prk fees).
