I never owned a houseboat and I was wondering if I should make a offer.

But now thinking about it now I would be better to get a regular boat so I can move it from one lake to another without alot of cost.

Thanks, John

Go onto 'google' and type in Captains Craft House Boat and you'll find several sites there and most likely the answer to any questions you have.

thats what I did. the cost here is 65 dollars per foot per year plus 100 per month liveaboard fee.
There is plenty of work around here and I work off my slip fee plus make money. The work I do though is the hard stuff nobody wants DOCK work. But its ok w/me
OH I got a 41foot cc aft cabin and its actually WAY!!!!!!! more space than I need. I dont even gp in the bedrooms much.

I'm buying a 60ft River Queen this month - actually tomorrow for the price of scrap! The re-fit should take most of the winter and launching into Lake Michigan next Spring. We plan to live-aboard.

Yeah, I saw that ad when I was looking for my boat. Trouble is it's too small and like it's a day boat.
