What all are your needs? Answer that question and then decide.

This is something you yourself need to educate your self.

I to have a Honda EU7000 and it's pretty quiet and I use it on the cat walk on the back of my big rig to power my portable AC unit run the tv satellite coffee pot induction burner toaster and the George forman grill and all of my other toys!! mine's not that loud at all considering that it's right behind me!! it's not like one of the ones they sell in the big box stores that's louder than someones ex wife. you can hold a conversation with one of these things running and not be bothered by the noise!!! rvr's and truckers use these generators everyday because there quiet. the reason I got the EU700 is it was on sale for 3,800 bucks and that was a great deal at the time when I priced it against the 300 watter. plus there's no carburetor it's all fuel injected. I remember parking in a truck stop one day and this guy in a sprinter van had a champion genset and it was 50 feet away from him and it was still louder than someones ex wife. i'm sure that everyone loved him. you might want to look at the yamaha's to there a little more pricey but they have higher power output and a higher amp rating as well and they weigh a little more also. after the surge the EU200I is only 1600 watts. so you really need to figure out what you want to power!! and you'll need to find out what the duty cycle is or you might wind up burning up your gen set. and I have logged 1,200 hours on mine with no issues other than maintance. another thing you want to pay close attn to is the warranty. I wont spend good money on something like that if it only has a ( limited warranty ). that's saying we'll give you the parts but ********* on labor. Hondas have a 3 year parts and labor warranty and I belive the yamahas have a 4 year warranty. so you get what you pay for. and the inverters in the Hondas and yamaha's is a pure sinewave the best inverter for electronics such as computers and that inverter so it's clean power coming out it's not dirty!!
