Work permit in canada:manitoba & new brunswick (living in, companies)

Hello everyone!

I am a US citizen living in USA.
Right now 2 companies are processing my LMO to work with them in Canada ( I will work with only 1 of those companies, of course!). One of the companies is located in Winnipeg, MA and another in Fredericton, NB.
My concern is about my work permit when I am arriving to Canada in the boarder. How do I avoid the official denies my work permit in the border?

The purpose of the work permit is so that you can enter Canada. Why on earth do you think the Canadian border officials would they deny you entry?
