alright Chef's hows it going. Im Moving to Canada within the next year and have a few question's about the industry. Some feed back would be sweet !!

1) What is the average wage for a good chef de parti and/or a sous chef ?
2) how many hours are expected a week ?
3) who are the best chef's in Canada in your option ?
4) In Europe we have Michelin restaurants !! what is the Canadian version?
5) What styles and trends are in fashion atm, as Gastro is very popular here
6) Is there good Websites for looking for chef work ?
7) Also im looking for good websites about the industry (reviews ect)
8) who are your main food critics in each area if any ?
