I found out about an organization called Canadians Abroad, but it is for Canadians living around LA. I guess it caters mostly to entertainers.
I have also heard south FLA has a lot of Canadians.

I know a lot of people from here who've bought winter homes in Phoenix.
Yup, alot of Canadians bought the houses that were foreclosed on during the economic crisis, so some of the newly built subdivisions far out in the suburbs are almost majority owned by Canadian buyers, primarilly snowbirds.
There's also the infamous Hollywood Beach Florida, which is basically a French Canadian vacation enclave and has been for many decades.
According to the last Census Canadians were the 9th largest foreign born community in the US. The two cities with the largest communities were LA and NYC and there are over 1.1m Canadians in the US.
I agree with the posters who said Arizona and Florida, I personally have ran into alot of Canadians here in Massachusetts in the Medical field.
I wonder if the local supermarkets reported increased sales of Kraft Mac and Cheese (AKA "Kraft Dinner")?
Probably; but for the real gormand, it's the JIF (the best) peanut butter no longer available in Canada that we stock up on once returning south for the winter months.
We are two who jumped on the lower price of homes due to the 'melt-down' and sold our RV we used to winter in prior to that. At our age, we no longer enjoyed the interstate travel and haven't looked back since.
Our chosen location was Lakeland Florida, but Canadians abound in roughly minimum 20% to upwards of 50% average numbers in all areas of the coastal areas of Florida over the winter months.

True - when I think of large numbers of Canadians in the US I think Arizona and Florida, but there was a HUGE influx of Acadians to Massachusetts in the 60's. I can't think of any Acadians I know that doesn't have family in Mass!

Several people I have met have remarked on the number of Canadians on the west coast of Florida. However, I have no first-hand knowledge about it.
