Carl Lewis is a washed up has been, who benefited from running against either dirty or subpar sprinting talent when he won both his gold medals. He wouldn't even qualify for the US Team if he ran now. He was an elite Long Jumper and completely overrated Sprinter.

Are people following World Cup Qualifying or the friendlies last night before WCQ matches later this month?

Canada beat Trinidad and Tobago 2-0 in Ft. Lauderdale last night in their friendly.

Other notable CONCACAF results:

- USA 1 - Mexico 0
- Jamaica 2 - El Salvador 0
- Guatemala 3 - Paraguay 3
- Peru 1 - Costa Rica 0
- Portugal 2 - Panama 0
- Spain 2 - Puerto Rico 1
- Bolivia 2 - Guyana 0
- Honduras 2 - Boca Juniors 0

Do you feel that Canada has a shot at qualifying for the 2014 World Cup in Brazil? Personally I think the first 2 slots are pretty much wrapped up (Mexico and USA) So that leaves 1.5 slots left. As of now I would say Honduras has the inside track for the third slot and Jamaica I would put in the playoff 4th slot.
