If a person applies for Quebec provincial nominee and gets PR for Canada does it restrict to settle only in Quebec or can move to any other province like Ontorio or BC. Are you obligated to settle in Quebec?
Also is there statistics on how many people apply for particular type of immigration and how many are accepted and denied. Just curious if someone is qualified according to the online web tool to apply for Quebec PNP and later turned down after official application is submitted. its a quite a bit of money before deciding to pull the plug. anyone experience with applying to Quebec for PNP.
