I'm down south right now (or down south by Canadian standards). I spent my summer solstice near Hay River, NWT several years ago, though. The sun technically set about 11:30 PM and rose about 4:00 AM. However, it stayed near enough to the horizon that we had no actual darkness, just a sort of gray twilight all night. It was still light enough to read a book outside at 3 AM.
I'm in southern Canada, Vancouver. Our longest day the sun rises at 5:07 am and sets at 9:22 pm. However with pre-dawn light it is getting light out by 4:15 am or so and with twilight it can still be light out at 10 pm.
9:41 is the official sunset but the light lingers in the sky for quite some time after.
ETA: Sunrise is 5:20 am.
