And dont most of your posts knock Quebec?...Yet i'm sure you point out only the negative aspects of living there, even though you know there are some good things about Quebec. You cannot change things unless you acknowledge change needs to be made.

Population Clock

All Canadians seem to firmly believe the US is 10X Canada's size in terms of population, when in fact it is less than 9X.
I wouldn't normally do this, but you seem to be desperate to try and prove someone, anyone wrong about anything.
As of the 2011 Census (the most recent population count. All other figures are estimates, which are usually inaccurate) Canada's population is 33 476 688. If numbers matter to you so much, I could point out to you that 33.5 multiplied by 9 is equal to 301.5. The USA's population is in fact between 9 and 10 times the size of Canada, not less than 9 as you claim. Maybe closer to 10 than 9, actually. I think this is a bit of a pointless thing to argue about, but if you have to sink to this level of low to take out your frustration of having someone disagree with you, be my guest, but don't expect others to refrain from doing the same thing.

i do continually knock the Quebec government and the separatist demographic it represents but that hardly constitutes knocking all things Quebec, i hope you can see the difference...
As a proud Canadian i have some issues/differences of opinion with people who want Quebec to separate from Canada, but Quebec itself is a great place with some very nice people,if i disliked Quebec like some here dislike Canada i would have left Quebec a long time ago.

The separatists and french language nationalists don't represent Quebec, despite how strongly many of them likely wish that they did.

unfortunately your 2011 data is dated. As of this April, it was already 35,141,542. Why do you compare 2011 Canada population with 2013 US population?

Statistics Canada: Canada's national statistical agency

Basically, you are wrong.

Your figures are from an estimate, not a census. The 2010 United States census still puts the population at 308 745 538. I am still correct. This is a stupid thing to argue about anyways.

Thats certainly the case IMO, but enough separatist sympathizers did vote in the current separatist government. And the government is now on a very important crusade to ban Turbans and niqabs and beef up the language police, i'm also not seeing any resistance from the Francophone element of the province on these issues which makes me assume the majority are in favor of these changes..
