Are they as wealthy as Quebec's richest Anglophones?

The richest person of them all in Quebec is a francophone: Paul Desmarais Sr. He is actually a Franco-Ontarian from Sudbury, Ontario but moved to Montreal a long long time ago and has lived most of his life in Quebec. He is perhaps best known for being the holiday buddy of former French President Nicolas Sarkozy.

Also very rich is the Saputo family, involved in the food processing business (dairy plus other stuff). They also own Montreal's MLS soccer club L'Impact, and its stadium. They are descended from Italian immigrants. Dad speaks French with an Italian accent, whereas the son speak French with a Québécois accent.

David Azrieli is a real estate developer. Of Polish Jewish origin. Billionaire as well. Officially resides in Montreal but I think he probably lives in Israel more often than not these days. Not much is known about him.

Also on the list is Guy Laliberté. Busker turned billionaire. He founded a circus with no animals you might have heard about once or twice.

I guess my heart must go on, Celine Dion's net worth of $400M puts her tops in female Quebecers?
