For teaching and Computer related jobs which is the best Edmonton or Calgary? (school)

My Spouse Is Mathmatics Teacher And I Am Computer Professional In Pakistan,while My Cousin Is English Teacher, We Have Recently Applied For Immigration But Yet Didnt Select Our Final Destination. One Of My Friend Who Is Already In Canada Advised Me To Move To Alberta But I M Not Sure Which Is The Best Destination For Us In View Of Job Opportunities As Well As Economically Suitable.
I Am Looking Your Advice And Experience In This Regard.

Calgary will have much more variety in the IT job sector and teaching will be pretty much equal. It just depends how the local school boards are hiring.

Edmonton will be more ethnically diverse than Calgary, but not by a huge %-age amount. Edmonton will have a lower cost of housing. Winters will be longer and colder in Edmonton.
