Sorry about all the confusion I needed the forms and wasn't sure how to get an image to post. I'm trying to find my dad and that's the only location that I have for him I have to know this town name

No, it looks like it might be Niagara-on-the-Lake. That town has a tower that splits the main street downtown. It's the only Ontario town that I know of that has that feature, though there could be others. The buildings certainly look appropriate; based on my memory.
The traffic that you see on the right is travelling southbound, to the right of the tower, as we see it. There is no northbound traffic, which would travel towards us, to the left of the tower.

Good eye, I think you're right Chevy, it appears to be the same structure. These picture are taken at Niagara-on-the-Lake and that looks like the same clock-tower.

You nailed it, and even without seeing a horse drawn calleche in the pic.
