Actually, the USA has to start taking responsibility for the culture that influences thug culture. Believe it or not but the vast majority of people have the capacity to be raised as decent, responsible, law-abiding citizens given the proper influences. Don't try to argue that these three thugs are exceptions, because they're not -- USA pop culture embraces and promotes gangsta culture and pretty much every negative vice there is.
