What are you talking about. Why do people do this just to show others are stupid?
Few of the cities I have visited during the past 6 years are famous for extremely tall buildings. Except for NYC and Chicago, which I saw several times while visiting friends, none of them actually. I have no interest in seeing Hong Kong, or Dubai or Singapore. If I were such a skyscraper fan, I wouldn't have gone to Europe 6 times since 2009, and I wouldn't claim Paris and Barcelona to be my favourite cities, would I?
And I hate the heat. I would hesitate to visit a place when it is over 30C. Last time in Bangkok, not fun.
Do you have a comprehension problem? I said Toronto doesn't have "hot summer" in a positive sense that it is not uncomfortably hot. I myself don't prefer hot summers and many of you for some reason consider this is my way of belittling Toronto. Maybe because you guys are Canadians, and therefore automatically associate "hot summers" with "good summers". I don't. For me a cool summer mostly between 25 and 30C is the best, which is the case with Toronto. Actually one of the best things about Toronto is that it doesn't have oppressively hot summers. How come you can't get over the fact that summers in Toronto/Vancouver are not hot? I am clueless
Toronto is not boring at all.... It is the largest city in Canada with tons to do. So many festivals, shopping, restaurants, sights, museums, neighborhoods. Montreal may be more interesting than Toronto but Toronto is definitely not "boring" by any means.
I think they were just trying to lure Fusion2 into the thread. LOL
Anyone who thinks Toronto is boring, is boring themselves.
Either choice would be worthwhile. Toronto + possible hookup = Montreal with no prospects so it's a tough call....
