Mobile House? would that be an RV, a trailer, or a modular prefabricated home?

You wouldn't notice too much of a difference once you're inside other than the fact that it's smaller, and the floors tend to be a bit less firm.

I've never lived in one but I've known people who have.

If you put your mobile home in a mobile home park you would rent the land. They hook you up to gas and water lines. You have a regular sized bathroom. You need to call mobile home parks like you would if you were looking to rent an apt. Different costs involved when you own a mobile home as you would rent the land your home placed on. See what they provide and what customary charges run. Always go to the parks website and read comments others have made pro and con. They can have some trashy characters living in the parks so you need to drive through one your interested in and see how things are kept up. Grandaughter lives in one. Most people just plain folks trying to get ahead and keep the plants ,flowers law nice things clean and tidy. Try to avoid propane for your heat source as it gets expensive.
