Except in Vancouver, for those from Taiwan, Japan, Fiji and Australia. Montreal has several nationalities that are have higher numbers than Toronto - French, Haitians, Lebanese, North Africans etc. - mostly those from former French colonies (not at all surprising).

Vancouver has a huge number of India born or India origin population. Atleast if you consider Greater Vancouver area which will include Surrey and Abbotsford areas.

If you enjoy being with a certain ethnicity than either one of the communities in those cities are good to live in, let's say if I get along with white people more and meet more of them, then I think Vancouver is the best place for me.
