Not bad... Not fantastic and comes off as a rental building instead of a condo but hey - for 259K and a great location its certainly not going to bust the bank account!

It used to be a rental building, but the location is great, and if you are just starting out it might get you on the property ladder.

If I was starting out, I'd buy it just for the location alone. The beach and Stanley Park are literally seconds away by foot.

and it's on a West End mini-park. These traffic calming parks are all over the West End and create oasis of calm.

If we are talking about "It" cities, my vote would be Vancouver and BC in general. But that's just my vote.
