Of course. If nothing else, just establish an online American bank for direct deposit of your SS cheque, and then just withdraw the funds at an ATM. But I believe SS will direct deposit your benefits into any bank in the world that has a routing number, with a few countries like Cuba excepted.
There is no restriction on your residence, when you are a beneficiary of Social Security retirement or disability benefits. If you have little or no other income, it is very likely that your SS benefits will be well below the tax threshold, and you will never need to pay any income tax on it.
There are restrictions to how long you can stay in Canada as a US citizen - maybe 6 months/year. Then they start looking at you differently w/ regards to taxes.
