Well, I have to tell you that this Project we walked through was just brutal. Blocks of two story townhouses that you have to see to believe. As many as 15 to 20% of them derelect, burned out or totally wrecked in one way or another. The streets were full of junk of all kinds. I'm telling you that I did not see anything as bad in Panama.
