I don't like Scarborough, it is a boring residential wasteland.

I know both those areas well. South of Eglinton is generally better. Scarborough poplar are not. Ore aggressive when driving lol. South and North Scarborough are also very different. North of the city to traffic I brutal east... west or not the middle. South Scarborough has less traffic and better go and ttc connections. I would 100% say Eglinton and Markham road if looking at a house. More south and a little west is better ex Kinston road west of Markham Road ex closers to Mc Cowan... Brimley. There is a lower population density. Quick bus ride to Warden Station on the Scarborough go station and less traffic. Scarborough is very different from neighborhood to neighborhood. You have millionaire living just a few minutes drives from Ontario house when you get closers to Markham road. Feel free to ask anything more detailed about that area as I know that area well.

Scarborough is changing. The south of Scarborough is totally different the North. If you like nature... parks and the beach and being well connected to ttc and go train South Scarborough is a great option. Also lots of new construction which means more potential business. I think in 10 years it will be more like the beaches along Kingston Road.

I admit I haven't been there in a long time. I'll have to check it out on my next trip to T.O.

Their fair is quite nice. I bought some parsley, sage, rosemary, and thyme from there once.
