'Examine racism in Canada's justice system' and yet they REFUSE to acknowledge how much crime and violence many Natives commit against innocent people who pretty much have to grin and bear it and live with it because to do anything at all like Gerald Stanley tried to do could result in the victim being charged and being labeled as 'racist' against Native criminals and thugs.

I think most people who have examined the evidence presented in the Stanley case would probably come away with agreeing with the verdict and yet to Natives, the facts don't matter just like it didn't matter that Boushie was out to commit crime and paid with his life. Instead they use it to cry racism in Canada's justice system and refuse to accept that a very significant number of people from their communities are violent and criminal and are doing harm to people who just want to live in peace.

This same kind of whining and crying is what got us the National Inquiry of missing Native women which has been nothing but a colossal waste of money and resouces and has accomplished little if anything except to allow Native people to grieve for their loved ones in public, guilt trip Canadians YET AGAIN and maybe get some money out of it. The causes are already known. Broken/violent homes, abuse from family members or people in their communities, insisting on living in the middle of nowhere making it difficult to supply them with basic necessities, social services etc., living in disaster prone areas. All this leads to people leaving and getting into trouble and especially Native women who are particularly vulnerable. THOSE are the source issues that Natives will never admit to.

The bottom line is much like black people, they will NEVER admit that they are their own worse enemies and are the main cause of the majority of their problems and difficulties that they currently deal with. Many of the problems that they constantly cry about could've been fixed DECADES AGO if they had simply had any common sense and made logical choices that would've dramatically improve their communities.

Ottawa police arrest homeless man after daytime slaying and sexual assault of librarian | National Post

Native teen brutally sexually assaults and murders an old white woman in Ottawa. How long did this story stay in the national news? One or two days max? Where are those BIG, FAT HYPOCRITE Natives to apoligise for this henious crime? How come they're not demanding justice for the victim in this case? How come they're not saying THEY need to do better to address the problems in their communities to prevent these kinds of crimes from happening?

Like I've said many times before, these people can't even abide by the rules that they created let alone abiding by the laws of Canada. This is why I can't take these hypocrites seriously when they're willing to use Colten Boushie as an example of racism in the justice system and yet they won't come out and say anything when a Native teen brutally takes a non-native life. But of course WE ALL KNOW if the attacker was white and the woman was Native in this case, they would be out in larger numbers raising hell and crying about this case like there's no tomorrow. They'd be complaining about this as just another example of racism against Natives and especially Native women and how 'things need to change' etc. etc.

Bottom line is most Native people don't want REAL ACTUAL JUSTICE, they want to be ABOVE the law where anything they do or say can be excused while at the same time wanting the power to attack anyone they wish with little to no reprecussions or consequences. Forget trying to hold these eternal victims to the same standards that THEY WANT TO HOLD YOU TO.

On May 31, 2018, the United States (U.S.) announced the imposition of tariffs on imports of certain steel and aluminum products from Canada (at the rates of 25% and 10%, respectively).*
In response to these measures, Canada intends to impose surtaxes or similar trade-restrictive countermeasures against up to C$16.6 billion in imports of steel, aluminum, and other products from the U.S., representing the value of 2017 Canadian exports affected by the U.S. measures. *The Government is also considering whether additional measures may be required.

Trump is pissed off that Canada and Mexico didn't cave into his Neanderthal negotiators' tactics. In any event not good news for a rather integrated N.A economy exporting stuff to the rest of the world. Trump in his blindness is going to do nothing but shrink our collective economies while other developing nations will eat our lunch. Sad... The one positive about this is it could really galvanize the Republican Congress and Senate to finally stand up to him. Also when Americans start losing jobs and paying more for practically everything including his base - maybe then the collective down there will start waking up.. In the meantime we just have to sit and watch and suffer along with the American people.

It is a pretty sad situation. Canada didn't want this trade war and ultimately its the everyday folks in both our countries who will suffer. Anyway, I feel for the majority of Americans who didn't want this guy - we all just have to grin and bear it until he is finally out of our hair..
