I'm an American living in a Seattle suburb. I plan to start visiting fairly Seattle frequently (once or twice a month for 2 to 4 days) as I'm dating a woman who lives there and it's a great place to train for hockey. Will the CBSA take issue with this?

Where is the woman you are dating living? You mention Seattle, the same place as you. If that is the case, why would CBSA care - you are totally in the U.S.

Should "fairly Seattle" read Vancouver? if not you wont encounter a border between Seattle and fairly Seattle.

There is no such place as fairly Seattle. Did you mean to say you'd be visiting Canada?

They might take issue if you can't provide verifiable evidence and credible witnesses that that's really what you're doing. If CBSA authorities suspect that it's just an excuse your using to explain frequent regular visits to do something illegal they will want you to be able to prove your story.

Kids from Buffalo cross into Niagara Falls almost every weekend to drink. I don't think it's a big deal for people live near the border to cross frequently, just be prepared to explain yourself.
