Absolutely correct.


I can give you a microcosm of example, my wife works as financial consultant for very high net worth clients.

Granted I'm making a broad generalization here, however clients that got wealthy through stock options/grants are the ones most likely to be liberal, people that actually built successful businesses from scratch in general tend to embrace republican or libertarian ideas.
In few words, at least here in Seattle, "Easy money" tend to vote Democrat, money through hard work tend to vote Republican.

According to a recent Probe Research poll, 29% of Manitobans are less likely to visit the U.S. during Trump's Presidency. This percentage rises to 49% among women between the ages of 35 and 54.

Polls again?

I believe the only possible reason that can affect travelling to U.S. will be declining CAD.

haha, agree.
Plus, most Canadians go to the US for business/family reasons anyway. For the leisure travellers, the US or Trump doesn't really care if they go or not.

Regardless of who is elected ... the exchange rate is horrible so why bother unless you really have to.
