Me, I've been astonished over the decades that interbreeding still hasn't caught on as much in the other Canadian cities; what else explains how come this city's renowned for its good-looking dwellers, right? The blends of creeds here are by far! this country's most intriguing, trust us; a robust gene pool., I'd say.

I can't remember when I last read this province's name in this country's have-not list, by the way.

He is SUCH a bully. Some weeks ago, a local daily published 2 photos, 1 of mayor Drapeau standing in the just-completed Bonaventure expressway about 50 years ago alongside the other 1 of Code-err at about the same spot right before its demolition this past summer, and I found myself in disbelief, gawking at his smug glory in its ridiculously chump, overly-chubby stance that altogether exuded no stewardship that Drapeau could at least strike in his fuddy-duudy pose. WTF did the handle Kodak come from? Might he be the source from whom our dorky prime minister takes his photo-bombing cues?!

Quebec has been have-not since equalization started in 1957. And still is today.

Kid Kodak is a French term for a camera or photo geek.

You need to read the news!

"Under the formula, the same six so-called "have-not" provinces that received cash in 2015-16 -- Quebec, Ontario, Manitoba, Nova Scotia, New Brunswick and Prince Edward Island -- will get the payments again next year.

In 2016-17, Quebec will once again be -- by far -- the biggest recipient of equalization payments. It will get about $10 billion from the nearly $18-billion program."

I used the term Kodak Coderre to describe our mayors penchant for being at all media events to make sure he gets his face photographed. I've Never heard the term Kid Kodak.
