Outside of Quebec? Almost none of them.
Not cities anyway.
There are some towns like Caraquet NB that were founded around 1750 or earlier, but it has less than 10,000 people.
There is also Pubnico in SW NS which has been inhabited by Acadians continuously since the 1650s. It's one of the only Acadian settlements that was not cleared of its residents (who were deported) by the British in the middle of the 1700s.
