Well, that's why I posted it, Sophie. I was pretty sure you weren't joking, which is sad. If you look at the guy's eyebrows through the years, they've always been the same eyebrows, but I have the feeling that won't matter to you. There's nothing wrong with laughing about a bad photo but in this era of so much fake news, I thought it was important to post a link explaining it.
Look at the video right above your post. There is nothing "grainy" about it and there is no "bad lighting". You are literally ignoring what your eyes are telling you all because of your political persuasion.

He had a Groucho Marx mask on so he could stick his tongue out and make silly faces from behind the mask at the grumpy old man with the weird comb-over. He did it to amuse the old man and bring a smile to his face. When he removed the mask for the photo ops he left the fake eyebrows on so he could waggle them suggestively at the old man while shaking hands with him. Because, you know, small distractions and deflections away from important issues are known to please small, grumpy old minds.

It's all they've got. Trudeau is younger, better looking, taller, in much better physical shape now than Trump's ever been in his entire life, and...….he's light years smarter. Throw in the fact that for a relative neophyte on the political scene his being more restrained, astute and polite; what have they got......his eyebrow.
They've worn out the Obama and Hillary deflection so now it's on to falsifying anything they can about Trudeau.
Justin Trudeau has been in the public eye in Canada since he was a child. We've seen what he looks like as a child, as a teenager, as a young adult, and now as a man entering or in his middle ages. His eyebrows have looked the same the whole time. They looked like that when he was sweaty 4 rounds in with Patrick Brazeau. This is why Canadians, even those of us who might disagree with him politically, do not think they are fake eyebrows - we know what this guy looks like. We know even what his parents eyebrows looked like! Only foreigners who haven't spent years seeing him in a million contexts would think this.
To take these pot shots now is adding (more) insult to injury and is no coincidence. Trudeau is our representative and, OP, your administration is lying about us and about him - this is just more silly propaganda BS. This will not stand - we aren't as divided in the face of external threats.
I will be skeptical of and criticize my politicians as is my duty as a citizen of a democracy. What I will not allow is for foreign propaganda to turn me against my neighbours in an effort to undermine national interests. Keep the vicious political discourse focused on your own internal rivals.
