Hey there...i need some advice...i live in an apartment with a friend. Since moving thete this guy has only paid one half months rent in 6 months time...i paid two full montjs n 75% of anotjer one. I told landlird im not payin this guys rent so he can live fer free. Since then i have only paid my half n now landlord has given other guy eviction notice...thete is NO LEASE..am i rite in thinkin that irs landlotds choice on how he deals with it? Says he will let me stay afyer this guy is gone at full rent .i agreed...is this ok to happen or what

Sure it's okay. Sounds like you have a more than reasonable landlord.

The friend isn't a friend of yours, he's a moocher. He should have been evicted at least 4 months ago.

Unless the landlord rented out the apartment to the two of you completely separate he is entitled to the full amount regardless who is paying it or nit. That he is allowing you to stay there with only paying the full rent from n9w one means he is both generous and wants you to stay.
