Before asking this question, I would like to apologize as I am pretty sure this question been asked before, but I honestly couldn't find an answer or one that I found were from 2009 and I just want to make sure they are updated.

So I been living in US for the past 9 years, bouncing between student and temporary work visas. I am 27 and not married. Got my two bachelors and master degrees. This summer I am deciding to move to Canada. I was looking into Open Work Permit, how likely I can qualify for that? Do you need job offer to obtain a working permit? If company is willing to sponsor, how much it will cost them? Does it have to be FT/PT?

Thank you very much y'all, will really appreciate any comments and suggestions.

Have a great day!

Don't do it! Huge mistake. Canada is faltering. The prime minister is under investigation for stuff that hasn't been seen in a very long time, the economy on every front sucks, climate has gone nuts and not only is the ozone hole dangerously large, but polar bears are starving, water is melting and everyone is penalized for heating their homes.

Save yourself from making a huge mistake. Go South!

I think Lieneke was being facetious. Maybe. Maybe not. In any case, that sure made me laugh.
