More is a vacuous number. I live in Houston. Believe me, I understand homelessness. What Campbell River or the North Island in general has is not homelessness or addiction problem as much as a "more" problem, as in one is likely too many for most people. The last report pegged 81 homeless people in Campbell River. Nunns Creek, for what it's worth, is right downtown and is home to all of the summer fairs and festivals, along with the baseball "stadium".
