There ya go! Agreement has been reached the monarchy has little to no affect on your daily lives whatsoever and hasn't had for at least 70 years or more.

Now we can begin debating from the level playing field of either maintaining or dismissing them based upon their purely ceremonial or tradition based impact alone.

Renders this whole discussion rather mundane and irrelevant, wouldn't you agree?

Oh wait, ……. silly of me, …….. that's nothing new for "some" Quebecers to pontificate and make much ado over absolutely nothing whatsoever but a manufactured and perceived slight to their false pride.

Carry on.

Hi BruSan I have to get a dictionary when I read some of your things. I love it!

So, if it is just ceremonial let's stop the monarchy. They destroyed the indigenous population, conquered Canada, and profited off of keeping an lower class against upper class.

It would be better to have a ceremonial beaver or something else!

I believe the ancient Native Americans had some sort of ceremonial beaver. Maybe you could write to your member of parliament and suggest we reintroduce some sort of Beaver ceremony.

A ceremonial Beaver along with a Governor General Moose. Now that bears some consideration, but the results could be grizzly.
