It's pronounced just the way it's spelled. Two syllables. 'Can' with a short 'a' (like I can, you can, he can) and 'uck' with a short 'u' (like saying luck, duck, tuck). Canuck.

If you want to hear it pronounced, the guy says it in this video, although the actual content only makes sense if you follow NHL.

Naaah...unless the people who came up with naming the Vancouver Canucks had issues...but I doubt it. Funnily enough, some people consider the Vancouver Canucks to currently be one of the most hated teams in the NHL though. lol!
