Hi, I know there are a lot of similar kinds of threads out there but we'd be really grateful for some opinions.
My husband and I are looking to immigrate to Canada as Skilled workers-we found that both our qualifications are accepted in all the provinces so are now looking at areas to check out while over there on holiday/recce.
A couple of questions:
1. What areas are good for IT developers without living the rat race?
2. Areas with reasonable house prices - or better still does anyone have any website links to national estate agents so we can get a better picture.
3. We're particularly taken with Nova Scotia and the picturesque areas of BC (away from the hustle and bustle of Vancouver). Are IT jobs readily available in these areas eg, Halifax?
