Default Which city has a larger Chinese population? Calgary or Edmonton

I know this isn't a 'Toronto' question, but I would like to know. We are visiting both cities at the end of the month and would like to know which one has a bigger population. I realize neither are near as much as Toronto or Vancouver, but it would still be good to know.

If you know of any good authentic restaurants or areas, since my wife is Chinese, that would be great to get your insights.

Bigger than Toronto? Wow, I lived in Toronto, have not been to Calgary or Vancouver, but Toronto is pretty big, very spread out. Chinatown in Toronto is a tiny tiny portion of the GTA Chinese population.

Thanks for your insights.

Anyone else with wisdom on this, let me know.

Toronto's Chinese origin community (500,000) is about half the population of the *entire* city of Calgary (1 million+).

In numbers, Toronto's Chinese community is the largest in Canada, larger than Vancouver's even. Although Vancouver's makes up a higher proportion of the city's population (about 20%) than Toronto's (about 10%). Calgary's population is about 5 or 6% Chinese, so that means about 50 or 60,000 people.
