I have been living in the US for almost 10 years now and I am researching moving to Canada. My wife and kids are US Citizen while I am a PR of the US. We kind of decided that raising the kids overthere is better. I am a Software Developer (.NET and Java) and was trying to start the application for the PR cards but do not have enough savings yet for the funds required for newly coming immigrants. I am trying t o secure a job offer but when I spoke with one of the Canadian recruiters, they mentioned that my field is not needed as it used to be and I will have hard time doing this. I was planning on moving to Alberta. Please advice of what I should do.

Thanks,
